Accompagnés par une Compagnie professionnelle qui avait ouvert le Festival, les comédiens ont su créer un lien artistique entre le travail des amateurs et celui des professionnels.<br />Durant 3 jours, le Festival a rassemblé, plus de 100 comédiens, une quarantaine de bénévoles et près de 1500 spectateurs.<br />Plusieurs comédiens et adhérents de l’ATB se sont investis dans ce projet et forment maintenant, le « bureau » de l’Association.</p><p> L’ambition du festival est d’élaborer une plate-forme de communication entre les différents acteurs du département et de la région, pour organiser ensuite, des rencontres tout au long de l’année.<br /> Forts de la réussite de notre première édition en avril 2005, Le Festival de Théâtre Amateur du Bessin rassemblera, les 19, 20, 21 et 22 avril 2007, sept troupes amateurs. Il offrira aussi à des groupes musicaux de se produire dans le « off ».<br /> Sept représentations d’1h.30 maximum (La contrainte de la durée du spectacle est uniquement due à des raisons techniques d’emploi de salles), qui se donneront en alternance dans les deux salles spécialisées de Bayeux : Halle aux Grains et Auditorium. <br /> Chaque troupe aura 4h. pour se préparer dans sa salle, ainsi que la possibilité de découvrir son espace scénique, quelques jours avant le festival.</p><p> Durant toute la durée du festival, une équipe de professionnels du théâtre (comédiens, metteur en scène, auteur, décorateurs, costumiers, éclairagistes…) , assistera aux représentations . Ils animeront des débats après chaque spectacle et donneront des avis motivés sur chacune des prestations. <br /> D’autre part, une exposition d’affiches des spectacles participants, sera présentée dans la ville, ainsi qu’une exposition de photos organisée par l’association « Vues du Bessin » de Bayeux, qui travaille avec l’Atelier-Théâtre depuis septembre 2005 et d’autres expositions de peintres et sculpteurs de la région.</p><p>DÉROULEMENT et RÉGLEMENT du FESTIVAL <br /> <br /> Objet du festival<br />Article 1<br /> Le Festival de Théâtre Amateur du Bessin s’adresse à toutes les formations amateurs qui s’expriment à l’aide du théâtre, quelle que soit la nature des représentations : comédie, drame, lyrique et pratiquent volontairement le théâtre à titre de loisir.</p><p>Article 2<br />Le Festival a pour objet de contribuer au développement et à la diffusion du théâtre amateur. La qualité des représentations est la condition primordiale de la sélection des formations.</p><p>Article 3<br />Les troupes qui souhaitent participer au Festival doivent transmettre un dossier de candidature avant le 3 Novembre 2006, délai de rigueur, auprès du Secrétariat du Festival :<br />Festival de Théâtre Amateur du Bessin<br />11, Place aux Pommes<br />14400- BAYEUX <br />02 31 51 83 06 ou 02 31 06 11 73 94 30<br />02 31 92 07 01</p><p>Article 4<br />Le dossier de candidature doit nécessairement comporter :<br />-Le texte complet de l’oeuvre jouée<br />-5 photographies du spectacle, différentes et de bonne qualité<br />-1 cassette vidéo ou DVD (si possible)<br />- 3 affiches en format A4<br />-les fiches de présentation et formulaires d’inscription remplis.<br />Le dossier sera conservé par l’organisateur.</p><p>Article 5<br />Une pré sélection sera réalisée par un jury composé de professionnels et d’amateurs.</p><p>Article 6<br />Les critères de notation se fondent sur l’intérêt thématique de la pièce, le jeu des acteurs, la mise en scène, la scénographie (éclairage, son, décors) et les costumes.</p><p>Article 7<br />La sélection finale sera établie par le Comité du Festival d’après une liste proposée par le jury.</p><p>Article 8<br />Les résultats de la sélection seront rendus publics à partir du 2 février 2007. Ils seront notifiés par simple lettre et dans les meilleurs délais aux candidats retenus.</p><p>Article 9<br />La liste des résultats de la sélection comprend :<br />-La liste des troupes appelées à participer<br />-Une liste complémentaire en vue d’assurer le remplacement des troupes admises et qui ne pourraient pas, pour des raisons de force majeure, participer au Festival.<br />-L’ordre des représentations est fixé par le Comité du Festival</p><p>Article 10<br />Dès réception de la notification, chaque troupe doit impérativement retourner au secrétariat une lettre d’engagement définitif. Le défaut de réponse, dans un délai de 15 jours après la date d’envoi de la notification, est assimilé à un refus définitif de participer au Festival. Dès lors, la première formation inscrite sur la liste complémentaire est invitée. Il en est ainsi jusqu’à l’épuisement de la liste complémentaire.</p><p><br /> DÉROULEMENT DU FESTIVAL</p><p>Article 11<br />Le Festival aura lieu à BAYEUX :<br />- Halle aux Grains et Auditorium pour les représentations, les débats et points-presse<br />- Salle Saint-Laurent pour tout ce qui concerne l’accueil, les animations off, les exposition, le lunch et point-presse de clôture.<br />- Salle Toulouse-Lautrec pour les répétitions et la technique.</p><p> DISPOSITION GÉNÉRALE</p><p>Article 12<br />Les organisateurs ne peuvent fournir aucun décor ni accessoire. Chaque compagnie devra donc prendre ses dispositions en conséquence.</p><p>Article 13<br />Les troupes s’engagent à utiliser uniquement le matériel technique(éclairage et son) mis à leur disposition. Un inventaire de ce matériel figure au dossier de candidature.</p><p><br /> DÉROULEMENT DES RÉUNIONS TECHNIQUES</p><p>Article 14<br />Le Festival met à disposition des troupes, les équipements précisés dans le dossier de candidature.<br />Les techniciens ou régisseurs de chaque groupe doivent prendre possession du plateau dès la fin de la représentation précédente pour les réglages lumière.<br />La répartition du parc des projecteurs est alors effectuée par le même technicien du Festival. Le nombre de projecteurs et de circuits de jeux d’orgues est le même pour chaque troupe.<br />Il est rappelé que le démontage doit être fait dès la fin du spectacle par chacune des troupes.</p><p><br /> CONDITIONS D’HEBERGEMENT ET D’ACCUEIL</p><p> Un dossier dans lequel sont exposées les différentes possibilités d’hébergement à Bayeux et aux alentours, est transmis aux troupes participant au Festival, une fois la sélection effectuée.<br />Le Festival prend en charge l’hébergement des troupes participantes pour 3 nuits (10 personnes par troupe.)
